1. The Service
FoundryVoice provides AI-assisted content production for B2B founders and executives. We produce LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, newsletters, video scripts, and related content from weekly voice capture calls.
2. Your Subscription
• Managed service: month-to-month after initial 3-month commitment
• Payment processed monthly via Stripe
• 30 days written notice required to cancel after initial term
• Founding client pricing is locked for the life of your subscription
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your content in Month 1, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first delivery. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
4. Content Ownership
You own all content we produce for you. FoundryVoice retains no rights to your content after delivery. We may request permission to use anonymised examples for marketing purposes — this is always opt-in and never assumed.
5. Your Responsibilities
• Attend or arrange your weekly 30-minute voice capture call
• Review and approve content within 48 hours of delivery
• Ensure content you approve complies with platform terms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.)
• You are responsible for what you publish — we produce drafts for your review
6. Confidentiality
We treat everything discussed in your calls and shared during onboarding as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or client details with any third party.
7. Limitations
FoundryVoice is not responsible for: platform algorithm changes that affect content performance, outcomes resulting from content you choose to publish, or delays caused by client non-participation in weekly calls.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
