FoundryVoice ("we", "us", "our") operates foundryvoice.com and provides AI-assisted content production services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Contact information you provide: name, email, company name when booking a discovery call or signing up

Call recordings and transcripts: with your explicit consent, we record weekly voice capture calls to produce your content

Content and voice data: writing samples, past content, and preferences you share during onboarding to build your voice profile

Usage data: standard analytics (page views, clicks) via PostHog

Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the FoundryVoice content service

• To build and refine your voice profile

• To communicate about your account and deliverables

• To improve our service quality

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. Data Storage and Security

Client data is stored in Supabase (encrypted at rest)

Call recordings stored for 90 days then deleted unless you request otherwise

Voice profiles retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic Claude API (content generation), PostHog (analytics), Cal.com (scheduling). Each governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@foundryvoice.com. We will respond within 14 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for analytics only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
